Vegan Tzatziki Sauce

This healthy vegan tzatziki sauce is a refreshing burst of flavors. It only uses a handful of fresh ingredients and is super quick to make. Dip your fresh vegetables in it, use it as a topping for your falafels, and drizzle it over your favorite meals!

  • 12 oz coconut yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, dill, and mint
  • 1 dash extra virgin olive oil


  • Grate the cucumber. Take one big handful at a time, lightly squeeze the grated cucumber between your palms over the sink to remove excess moisture. Transfer the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl.
  • Add yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Add fresh chopped herbs and mix everything well.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, serve, and enjoy!
