Start your morning off right with this nutritious and easy to make sweet treat. These delicious and healthy raspberry banana smoothie bowls are perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack! Throw on your favorite toppings such as coconut flakes, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and fresh fruit, and you're set!

  • 3 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 ½ cup raspberries, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons almond flakes for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons coconut shreds


  • Wash your raspberries then peel and chop the bananas. You can make your bowls with fresh fruit or freeze a few hours for a thicker consistency.
  • Place fruit in a food processor or blender.
  • Add coconut cream and blend until smooth.
  • Once smooth, pour the smoothie and spread between two bowls.
  • Garnish with raspberries, chia seeds, almond flakes, coconut shreds and chocolate chips. Enjoy!


  • It's best to eat smoothie bowls right away but if you do have any leftovers, you can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just keep it in an airtight container.
  • You can also pour the leftovers from your smoothie bowl into popsicle molds and place in the freezer to enjoy as a frozen sweet treat later!
