  • 3 large avocado
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 serrano or jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the stone, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork (or use a food processor) and make it as smooth as you like.
  • Dice the tomatoes and red onions into small pieces and roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
  • Add the chopped veggies and herbs into your mixing bowl along with the lime juice and seasonings. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Serve with a side of fresh tortilla chips or along with your favorite meals! Enjoy!

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Guacamole is going to brown a little due to oxidation. I find that squeezing some lime juice over the top before putting the lid on and sticking it in the fridge will help slow the process.
  • When you're ready to eat again, just drain out the liquid and scoop off the parts that have browned.
